What this site is — and is not

Okotoks Septic Connect is an independent referral service. We are not a septic pumping company, we do not own a vac truck, and we will never pretend otherwise. What we do is simpler: we make it easy for homeowners around Okotoks and Foothills County to reach a vetted local operator with their job already explained — and easy for that operator to say yes with confidence.

How it works, step by step

1. You call or submit the form. Intake runs 24/7 and is answered by an AI assistant — we disclose that here and in the site footer, because you deserve to know who (or what) you are talking to.
2. The assistant qualifies the job. It asks what an operator genuinely needs: where the property is, home or business, how many bedrooms and occupants, when the tank was last pumped, any symptoms, and whether a vac truck can reach the tank. Two or three minutes, no sales script.
3. One local operator gets the summary. A structured write-up and the call recording go to a single vetted vac truck operator serving this area. Not five companies. Not a lead marketplace. One.
4. They call you back with a firm price and a time. You deal with them directly from there — the work, the invoice, and the relationship are theirs.

Why we built it this way

Search for septic pumping around here and you mostly find two things: thin directory sites that sell your phone number to whoever pays, and hardworking one-truck operators with no web presence at all because they are, sensibly, out pumping tanks. We think the honest middle is better for everyone.
